During the Panattoni Gala, we presented two “Hummingbirds” – awards to individuals with extraordinary talent and determination to achieve their goals. Hummingbird is a symbol of crossing boundaries, reaching for what seems impossible.
The first “Hummingbird” was presented to Katarzyna Ratajczak – a violinist who was admitted to the prestigious Royal College of Music in London. This is the fulfillment of her dreams and the next step in an extremely promising musical career. We also had the pleasure of hearing her perform at the Gala – it was a magical experience.
We handed over the second “Hummingbird” to Dr. Katarzyna Muras-Szwedziak – a specialist in internal medicine and nephrology, who is in the process of specializing in rheumatology. Dr. n. med. Muras-Szwedziak founded the first Rare Disease Outpatient Clinic (Poradnia Chorób Rzadkich) for adults in Poland and deals with the diagnosis of patients on a daily basis. Her work includes exceptional scientific achievements and a huge contribution to the development of medicine and the education of future generations of doctors as a respected lecturer.

We are proud that through the “Hummingbird” awards, we can support individuals who promote Poland and, like the hummingbird, seek new ways and inspire us all to reach for more!
